Metal Gear Solid 3 - Unusual Optional Cutscene (spoilers)

Did anyone else here save the game when Snake was in the prison cell, and load it from there?
You get a playable cutscene that I'm thinking had to be some other Konami game, some dude fighting zombies with two blades, one on each arm, who turns into a killer badass demon version of the same dude if you kill enough zombies. After about two minutes of it or so, Snake wakes up. But you don't get this scene if you just play straight through...
I wonder how many other surprises like that there are in the game.
