The video from TGS last year marketing the game. Funny if you have played the game and know the characters =P
For those who haven't played the game and own a DS, this is probably the game that almost anyone here would enjoy A LOT. It is my favourite game on the system, personally. The video was an example of a trial session. The whole game doesn't take place in court, in fact, a very large portion of it takes place throughout a variety of different locations. There's also a fairly good story going on at the same time which has some very good character development throughout the episodes (the game's timeframe is about 7-8 months in length). I haven't played through a lot of games in this genre before, but from what I have played, this one completely demolishes any of them on every level. It's like going from Pac-man or Chopper to your favourite Metal Gear Solid/Zelda/Final Fantasy.
There are 5 episodes in the game, each one getting longer, flashier, and with more gameplay features than the previous one. This is a game that is one that at times will really get you thinking, the situations/problems aren't overly difficult, but offer a much greater challenge than almost all other situations presented in the common RPGs that we play. It's a highly addictive game as well, I know it had my attention locked for quite a while. Of the 5 episodes: Episode 5 is quite a step up from the 4th episode (in terms of gameplay feautres and other things), it's quite a treat to have as the final stretch of the game. In fact, Episode 5 is so much more advanced than the previous ones that the system used in it could have been the basis for a sequel.
Anyways, the game is rare, but there is another batch of them being released soon (or so I have heard), I pick it up if you have a DS and plan on getting any game this year.
