Graphics looked really good in the high-res trailer, and the Wiimote has no function - it'll play either with the "classic" controller or GC controllers. Nice!

I'm assuming the Remote will only be used for selecting menues. I can't wait to see what other third parties get on board for this.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii. Trailer showed updated looks for Mario, Link (Twilight Princess version), Pikachu, and Kirby (but not really Kirby, as bovine said).

New characters shown included Metaknight from the Kirby series, Pit from Kid Icarus (gonna play that on VC since I never owned it), Wario (w/mushroom cloud fart attack), Zero Suit Samus (the blue suit/blonde hair combo from the end of Zero Mission, and she's got a lightsaber!), and...Solid Snake.

I shit you not, Solid Snake is in a Smash Bros. game - and he's got a cardboard box. Oh hells yeah.

A fucking cardboard box? God damn, I want this now.
