Lol, I think that might actually be a guy I know (Sikk's used to be in our guild, militia - spent some dkp, then wandered off with big dreams to start his own guild -- Beyond Remorse [who recently disbanded due to Sikks finally pissing everyone off/quitting]). That's funny if this is him - that kid was a real tool.
