That doesn't even look edible. What did they do, just cover the outside with chewy candy stuff?

Sugar decoration. I think it looks awesome!

They can do some craaaaazy stuff with wedding cakes. My wife loves those wedding cake competitions on the food network. I've seen them sculpt sugar dragons and all kinds of stuff. It's pretty cool.

That's a good age to start thinking about it. I was 27 when I got married. Felt just about right

Its called fondant. Its some french style. Its gelatin and confectioners sugar rolled out like dough, or you can make shapes..
