looks like buying PS3 to EBay didn't work after all

I heard people in Japan were hiring homeless Chinese guys to stand in line for them and then trying to resell it on EBay, but looks like the whole thing backfired.

The US eBay is going nuts over it. When it really launches it will be interesting to see if it continues. I'm sure many of those $2,000+ bidders arent intending to pay.

Well, the Japan one had stuff bid up to the millions, but that doesn't mean much if people don't actually pay. If anything I think it'd be worse here in US trying to turn a profit because we receive about 5 times the shipment but we definitely don't have 5 times the gaming population, so demand would probably be lower. I mean sure some people will sell their PS3 for $2000 but I bet most will end up losing money on it like what happened in Japan.

Good. Fucking speculators! And waiting in line to get a PS3 in order to ebay it is bad enough; but getting homeless people and immigrants to do it for you? Jesus Christ, that's just fucking appalling.

God of War is a fairly good game. Though I won't buy a PS3 for the sequel. Perhaps down the road, maybe. Though I think I will need the system to be under 300 dollars and have 5 good games; otherwise I'll feel like I am buying a baked potato for 9 bucks.
