So this is *actual* kiddie porn?
I dunno, I mean, I support artistic expression and all...but...that seems a bit outlandish.
I thought the girls were 18 and it was some dumb half-porn girlfriend simulator, just another wacky Japanese thing...

In such a game, every girl is always '18 years or older'. Since most such games involve a school of some sorts, you'll notice that the school is actually called an 'education institute' as opposed to say, 'high school'. While it's not fooling anyone, technically every girl in such games are always legal.
This game doesn't sound any weirder than say, Princess Maker.
