This is a games law I would completely support. You ensure that only rated games are sold and that there's education and awareness on an overall violence basis. The third part is a reaction to lack of overall parenting but may actually help in some way even though it's a veiled way of saying "games cause violence", so I'm OK with it as a compromise.
I hope this one passes. For once, they're not just standing up and saying "games are the spawn of the devil", they're actually dealing with it properly.
