ESA targeting children in anti-piracy fight

OK, I can see where they're coming from, but is this really gonna work?

"Johnny, you have to do chores and work for your money THEN you can buy that game".....or Johnny can get it for free by downloading/copying it.....hmm......

They understand that they are facing a losing battle in a popularity contest. About 58% of the public believe that piracy is not stealing. So, they are trying to change that long-term.

However, they are approaching this with the same reasoning as the US approaches terrorism. Instead of figuring out why the public is responding the way it did, they are attacking the public directly. This isn't the right way to fight this.
