Between this and Seeker's stupid comment about western RPGs, I don't know who has the more incorrect statement as of late. Umbrella Chronicles is an on-rails "light gun" retelling of the events of RE0-3. Not even the same genre as RE4.SineSwiper wrote:I think I played this game before. Oh, yeah. Resident Evil 4.

Now wait a minute. If you take RE4 and put it on the Wii (oh yeah, already done), wouldn't that also be a "light gun" game? With the Wii remote, isn't everything that has a gun in the game and a pointer system a "light gun" game?Black Lotus wrote:Between this and Seeker's stupid comment about western RPGs, I don't know who has the more incorrect statement as of late. As I recall, you're the one who made stupid incorrect statements by calling Knights of the Old Republic an example of a classic RPG, and also Mass Effect (You can't call something a classic that hasn't been released yet). And also your incorrect blanket statement on what the plotline on Japanese developed RPGs are as opposed to North American developed ones.Black Lotus wrote:Between this and Seeker's stupid comment about western RPGs, I don't know who has the more incorrect statement as of late.SineSwiper wrote:I think I played this game before. Seriously. Let's keep the madness contained to as few threads as possible, please!Eric wrote:This isn't about Seeker's crap opinion of Western RPGs, this is about calling RE4 a Light-gun game.
