Apparently other developers are coming out with complaints about the engine since SK's lawsuit. If you're following this one, you may want to keep an ear out for the 1up Yours podcast, as they may have Dyak as a guest sometime soon. I'll post it if they do.

I'm following more 'cause I knew someone who used to work for Dyack so we've discussed his views on gaming a bit. It's interesting to see this all play out.

I honestly think he's all talk and little action. I'm really getting sick of him and basically want him to just shut up and make games.
