In this week's 1up Yours podcast, Shane Bettenhausen throws out a double-dose of 360 rumors. First, a major 360 exclusive for 2008 has been cancelled. Second, a high-ranking Microsoft exec is on his way out. If true, we'll hear about these in the coming week.

If it's Too Human, I'll laugh my ass off :-)

After all the revisions and money they've dumped into it, I would hope not.

I'll go with Banjo... Threeie? Aside from Viva Pinata being a great game (with poor sales), Rare hasn't done anything notable since Perfect Dark.

pretty much yeah. it's not the worst game in the world but it definitely doesn't hold a candle to any of the other shooters available on the 360. at best its a rental

Yeah, it blows. And I adored the original

So far, the makers of Alan Wake, Banjo, and Fable have denied that they're cancelling their games. The likely candidate now is Halo Wars.

Is Too Human off the table? I can't imagine that they would cancel Halo Wars, of all things.

Too Human, heh..... The ONLY game that has been in development for three different generations of systems, and as an exclusive title for all three major videogame hardware companies, Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft. Just think, when they started developing this game, Chrono Trigger was the hot title =P

They would be pretty dumb to cancel anything with Halo in the title, but I really doubt it's Too Human. If you listened to last week's Yours, Shane sounded almost... excited? to announce the rumor. And he's been pretty high on Too Human since his trip to SK last month. He also called the game in the rumor one that a lot of people were excited for and looking forward to... doesn't sound like Too Human to me! He did, however, say that the game in question has been in development for some time.
