Take Two will give you $35 if GTA: San Andreas offended you

In effect, this means that Take Two wins the case:

1. This only applied to the PC game, which nobody bought.
2. Nobody was really offended by the content. It was only the senators who got a hard-on for cracking down on video games.
3. Nobody is going to bother to get a replacement disc or $35.

Take Two is essentially calling their bluff that this game and this stupid mod offended everybody. There was no sex because they had their fucking clothes on. I think if people were offended, it was because they hadn't actually seen it. That should be a requirement for this settlement, frankly.

It applies to the PS2 and Xbox ones as well since you could use a Gameshark to get it
