What time zone is that? If it's any later than 9pm EST then I can't; that's too late in the night for me. If it's earlier then sure.

I do and I play TF2 all the time-- on the PC Fuck Xbox version, I want 24-32 people in a game

We actually started back at the beginning and got to the second chapter

9 may actually be better for me... I'll be nice and let the roommate/ex watch her show at 8.

We can knock out another chapter or two tonight still then.

That was great. Thanks for helping me get those skulls and beating the entire game on Legendary. I find it strange that even when it was just Bovine and I going through the game it really wasn't that hard on Legendary. And as you guys can tell from the multiplayer, I'm not particularly good at the game.

Soooo, Friday night, anyone up for some more? I actually would love to do some Gears of War, I prefer that multiplayer. But either than or Halo would be great. Anyone interested?

You did better in multiplayer than you think... you weren't up against people of similar rank-- you were playing against people of and above Bovine and my's rank; people who have played 200+ games. Did you notice in one game we were playing against Commanders and Majors? They need at least, what, 400 games WON in order to get that high? It's insane. Given those circumstances you did great. Play a few games on your own with people your own rank and see how much better you do.

As for Friday night I can't I have a Festivus Party to attend.

Oh, you were great. I was just commenting on how easy the game was on Legendary, I was shocked. It's like with Gears, all you need is another person to take away the focus of the enemies so it's not EVERYONE against you and it ain't too hard. They need to fix that in those types of games...

I likely won't be playing too much more online unless it's with you guys over the Xmas break. It's not really fun for me unless it's against people I know and we can have fun trash-talking each other. I just don't have the time, desire, or energy to memorize all the maps and where everything is or learn the best techniques on how to do things. That's why I always preferred the Gears style where that isn't nearly as much a factor. Just not a huge FPS multiplayer fan, but I will give it a go again if you guys want.

I used to dig Gears multi, but after going back and playing it now, I kind of hate it. Dudes that still play it are too good and/or cheat (like shooting while in a roadie run).

So you don't do ranked matches, you just have people you know playing. That's the way I prefer it anyways

halo achievement update!

in the marathon man achievement where you must access all of the terminals, there is something you must do when you find them. When you access the terminal and it goes to that screen (oh, you know what I'm talking about), scroll to the end and then sit for a second. Notice how the arrow at the bottom and a little on the left is green. When that arrow is red, then you can get out of the screen. It takes about 20 seconds, but then you are whisked away to another screen that you must scroll through to end up with that red arrow. Do this to all terminals in any order on any difficulty that is not easy to gain this achievement.

Unless nobody wants to play. It's amazing how spread out multiplayer gaming has gone between all of the different games. I finished the single player mode on Undertow, and went to play a multiplayer, but nobody was playing. By nobody, I mean after I was done searching for games on the entire XBox Live service, it didn't find any hosted games.

Even on TF2, the amount of games going at any one time seems to be less than you think.
