Nintendo announced Wii Pay to Play program

All over what? They only mentioned it'll be happening but give no details. It largely will depend on what they will offer as part of the pay service and how that will affect the current free service.
As I've said in the past, my only complaint with Xbox Live Gold is that they don't include enough DLC free for gold members (why the fuck am I paying for gamer pictures and themes? And more DLC, for that matter)
