I'll take a stab at it:
Home is basically a Second Life ripoff, and
yiffing is furry cybersex. Knowing point A and point C, I'm assuming point B is that furries are rampant on Second Life.

Home is Sony's answer to X-Box Live, their free online community based service for PS3 owners.

Second Life is some 3D world with people, I'm not too keen on the details

And yiffing I believe is ummm basically cyber.
So he's saying Sony stole the concept of Second Life, and inviting it's customers in and then the big scary guy tells them no cyber, or something to that effect?

Maybe some things like themes you can get if you have so many achievement points but NEVER things like movies or game expansions. In fact, I have no idea why they haven't done it yet, it would be great and get people to go after achievements even more.......well, I have a theory why not.........:-)
