Kinda old link, but still valid. Some of the release dates have changed.

What games are you looking forward to play? Here's my list:

Culdcept SAGA - Already out; need to try this one out
Devil May Cry 4 - Already played; excellent game
Grand Theft Auto IV - Duh.
Left 4 Dead - This game will be really cool, though it won't be out until Nov. Made by Valve and features player-controlled zombies.
Mercenaries 2: World in Flames - Had a lot of fun on Crackdown, so hopefully they made some good tweaks with the Merc gameplay.
Star Wars: The Force Unleased - Heard so much good stuff about this SW game.
Fallout 3 - War. War never changes.
Too Human - Should be as good as Mass Effect, if the hype is to be believed.
Prototype - Looks like a really cool game about genetic modification. (The web site is neat, too.)
Ghostbusters: The Video Game - Voice acting by the original team, and a story that should rival that of the movies.

Honorable Mentions:
Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures - Already hooked on an MMO, but I thought this was worth special mention. Didn't realize that they had a 360 version in the works.
Dead Space - Need to check the reviews when it's out, but it's another praised game that I've read about.
Banjo Kazooie 3 - Not a fan, but some people are. Oddly enough, Rare ain't porting over to Nintendo this time.
Fable 2 - Heh, let's pray that it's better than the first one.
Operation Darkness - Tactical game. Played a demo of this, and besides the goofy camera, I kinda liked this one.
Saints Row 2 - Better than GTA4?
Soul Cailbur IV - Yoda. Is. Da Man!

Looking forward to this.

It's not even the same type of game... at all, really. Too Human is a dungeon hack.

That's not saying much!

Prediction: It'll suck.

Prediction: Horrible sales numbers.

Hell no.

Must have now.

Too Human - Dyack needs to prove himself to me; don't really care
Fable 2 - already pre-purchased
Fallout 3 - already pre-purchased
Gears 2 (how could you forget that one?) - already pre-purchased
Soul Calibur 4 - already pre-purchased
Ghostbusters - definitely interested 'cause of the storyline; let's pray it plays decently
Culdecept Saga - loved the PS2 one, am looking for used
Star Wars TFU - I'll wait and see, looks are often deceiving in a SW game
Rare games - don't really care anymore; like Dyack, they need to prove themselves now
