Too many new features to count... but some I've seen so far:

New Xbox Features
"Avatars" (Mii's)
"Parties"
Ability to copy games to HDD (dunno how that'll work exactly)
Log into Marketplace from the 'net instead of just Xbox

NETFLIX INSTANT WATCHING ON XBL
I personally LOVE this last one! No more having to watch movies on Netflix through my PC; I can use my Xbox to do so for no extra cost! w00t!

Also-- Price cut CONFIRMED for Xbox 360 and a new 60gig version coming out in August. Pretty fucking sweet stuff

That will save the hassle/expense of buying one of those streaming boxes, for a lot of people. I hook up the laptop to my TV to 'Watch It Now' all the time, but thats also a PITA. Plus the quality, for some reason, isnt great.

Microsoft is spending millions for shit like this and FF13. Good for them, they have the cash.

That might actually be worth reopening my Netflix account. What's the pricing structure for downloadables? Is it basically unlimited?

Not sure about anything less, but i get the 3 movies at a time thingy and 'watch it now' is unlimited free. Not all movies are 'watch it now' but the selection isnt terrible...

When it first came out there was a limit but not anymore; it's been unlimited to anyone with any subscription for quite a while now. I don't think they have a "instant watching only" subscription yet, but that's probably just a matter of time. So for now you could get 1 DVD at a time (which is, what, $10/month?) and watch as much streaming movies/shows as you want. The library isn't nearly as good as their DVD collection, but it's getting better all the time and normally there's something worth watching on there. It's getting real popular for TV series these days too.

If I'm not mistaken, it's just an extension of the Netflix membership. Nothing extra, nothing changed

I checked yesterday. The cheapest plan with unlimited instant viewing is $8.99/month. You get 1 DVD at a time with unlimited rentals per month.
