If you liked the first one, apparently this one is great. I loved Startropics 1 (even soaked that letter to find out the code I needed to continue :-) but never got to play this one. It got lost in the shuffle as it was released long after the SNES was released, right around the time of MM6.

I have played it it is a really good game

It seemed like such a gay game, too, running around on an island killing things with your yo-yo. But it was a great Zelda-like game.

I think the first one was the only game I ever called the Nintendo hotline for as well. This was way back in the day before they brought Nintendo Power up here.

It had one of the better endings to a NES game, too, if i remember correctly (the first one).

I also remember it being annoying as heck when you DIDNT have full health so that the yo-yo that shot for extra distance. In Zelda, the game was still playable, but i remember resetting a bunch to try and keep full health for some areas that basically required the enhanced yo-yo... dumb.

Yeah they required either full life for the better yo yo or a whole lot of dodging skill and patience. Espically once you got on the spaceship. Of course there you at least had the lazer guns to back you up.
