...and then for some reason I thought of Left 4 Dead's gameplay. If Rebellion and Sega can pull that off (4 marines vs. endless aliens or 4 predators vs endless aliens) this would be epic.

Either that or I just came up with a money idea for a mod for L4D.

AvP is one of the few movie franchises that's produced really, really solid, fun games. The AvP title for the Jaguar was one of the few really good reasons to own the system, it was spectacular.

AvP on the video arcade was an awesome game!

How many of you can beat it with 1 quarter huh?! HUH?!

1 quarter? Ha! I do know that it was a pretty quarter friendly game, compared to games like, TNMT, X-Men, or Simpsons. That was part of the reason why I loved to play it.

Lt. Linn Kurosawa fucking rapes, she has a wide wide variety of crowd clearing and safe moves that stun and let you escape. She also has a ridiculous arc jump, and a relatively safe gun, though you have to be sure not to be on the ground when you run out of ammo.

I always liked the female Hunter Predator. Big sweeping charge attack going to the left and right, and her "bomb" attack pretty much wiped out a good chunk of enemies.
