Devil Summoner: Kuzanoah Raidou vs. King Abaddon

Devil Summoner is a fantastic new RPG from the makers of Persona 3, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, and Digital Devil Saga. Mknzy is the only big Megaten fan I can remember from this board, but maybe ya'lls are out there and I just forget.
Anyway, its a sequel to the first PS2 Devil Summoner, Kuzanoah Raidou vs. The Soulless Army, and the first game was...honestly not that great. Very low-budget, very small, shallow, and a bit bland it the fact it was real easy. The story was slick and the basic formula was still fine, but it was a very small game. Devil Summoner 2, however, takes that simple framework and completely upgrades it. The game is bigger, the story is better, there are more demons to recruit, more sidequests to do, more dungeons to explore, more ass to kick.
If you've ever really liked mythology or folklore, enjoy customization and (degrees of) monster-raising games, dig action RPGs, like history/historical fiction/alternate history, can stand reading a LOT of very Japanese names (Kushinagami-bumi, Mannen-Cho, Ishigami, Binibogi, Gouto-Douji--these are words/names thrown around EVERYWHERE) and dealing with a lot of VERY Japanese characters and social situations whilst negotiating with demons, joining forces with (or fighting against) Lucifer and the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, then you will fucking LOVE this game.
Get it.
