Castlevania Judgement

Probably the best description for this game is "Soul Calibur light". This game is basically a rip of Soul Calibur with Castlevania characters. Everything else about it is the same from the arena with ring-out gameplay, the way the move list works (ie. push in a direction with multiple button taps for combo hits), to the storyline style. You have your classic Castlevania weapons that you can use (ie. axe, potion, clock, knife, holy water) and there are items within the levels that you can gain. You also don't always face your opponent which can be a bit frustrating in the beginning, but you get used to it. There's a Castle mode which is kinda like the tower mode in Soul Calibur 4 where you have to beat specific enemies in specific ways (of course, Dracula is at the end).
All in all, I think this is a fun romp for the not-super-serious fighting game fan who likes Castlevania. Fun for $25 or so but not worth much more.
