How do you pronounce Faxanadu?

I have heard two different pronunciations of the game name. I was talking old games with someone (this was a long time ago) and he brought up the game "Facks-an-a-doo" and I had no clue what he was talking about for a bit. Then I realized quickly he was talking about the game I always called "Fa-zan-a-doo". I had a chat with some others recently about the name, and another two people knew it as Facks-an-a-doo. The thing that these three with the unique pronunciation all had something in common, they grew up in the US, specificly the east coast; although I don't think I have heard it called that before unless I heard it and it just didn't register with me as a game I had heard of before.

Could be one of those weird Canadian/American pronunciation things (x = cks in the US, and x = z in Canada - except in specific cases like exam and Alexander, etc). So I was thinking about it this morning, what the hell is the correct pronunciation?

X is one of those letters, I know this girl named Xiu whose name is pronounced something like "Jew" (though she goes by June). The Spanish pronounce it "h" as their default.

Fajanadu
Facksanadu
Fazanadu
Fahanadu

What is it?!?!?

...I am probably giving this too much thought...

Anyway, specificly; how do you pronounce Faxanadu?

I always said it like 'facks', because well, its the same three letters as sending a fax.

I cant think of many words where the x is a z besides xylophone, but im also eastern shore US. :P

I pronounce it as "awesome". Heard anything about the sequel?

Fackz. But what's more interesting perhaps is how people tend to pronounce the elven town Eolis, where the game begins.

When I look at the word. I see it more like Fa-Xanadu rather than Fax-Anadu.

A sequel to this game would be awesome. It would be cool enough if it just got a re-release, this game was one of my favourites from the SMS/NES era.
