a google search for "forklift truck simulator" comes up with a dozen links to different Torrent sites to download the game... so I'm really not sure if this is fake or not.

Thats where I saw it - on RevTT, along with other just as crazy games like Crane simulator and Digger Simulator.
Astragonis apparently real.
