Nintendo just released their upcoming schedule. The big surprise can be seen on page 9 of the document in the upper right corner where they announce upcoming Wii titles for Japan.

As you may already know, Monolithsoft, Tetsuya Takahashi, and the Xenogears/Saga team were acquired by Nintendo a few years ago. They have been fairly quiet over the past five years. Now we know what they've been up to.

Lemme guess... Xenoblade is this game where you're going to be swinging your Wiimote like a sword, right?

Sounds to me like a Xenogears offshoot, but yes i'm sure there will be wii mote swinging fun.
