Supposedly to be released Nov 11 2011 (so, I'll guess August 2012).

I actually have a game to look forward to! I can't wait to fall through its geometry!

Yeah, defidently something to look forward to. Game Informer actually just did an Elder Scrolls feature talking about the history of the series and where in the world each of the games took place. Defidently worth checking out.
