The IGN reviewer seemed to have wet dreams over it.

This guy considers IV to be the second-best after VI, so for us old-school guys, he seems to have the same viewpoint of the series and may be closer to our own opinions than people who first played the series on a Sony system. This quote from the review pretty much sums up where he's coming from:
