Yo.
Spoiler: show
I certainly was underwhelmed by the last leg. And that scavenger hunt was pretty damn annoying too, especially the platforming section (climbing the building).

I think the search for clues just go overly elaborate to the point of ridiculous. And I didn't like the ending.

However, I still think it was a very good game.

Geeze that spoiler tag was completely spoiler free for a thread about the end of the game :D

I've decided I'll buy the game at some point when it's on sale and I'm done with Catherine and Bastion.

Yeah.....

What I really hated was the weird turn they made Cole go on. He was such a boy scout then bam, completely torn down. I thought they'd at least let him build back up, coulda been kinda neat to bring the Orgami killer (hmm, haven't seen that in a recent game....) and restore his name but no, they went way weird with him and replaced him with another "main" character 90% of the way through.

You spend all that time investing in one character and they throw him to the side like yesterday's dinner....stupid.

It still is a great game, it's fun to play, and there's tons of great about it. But man, that was just a weird and destructive "twist" they added. You can almost tell they have no idea how to craft a storyline. It was so odd considering how well the first 18 hours went
