Wow, beyond insane sales figures for Pokemon Black/White 2

Pokémon Black & White 2 is the new number one in the Media Create Japanese chart, selling an astonishing 1.56 million copies in its first two days on sale.

That's not a week, that's 2 fucking days. And I don't care if every single person bought both (that's certainly not the case), that's still nuts. I gotta look back but I don't think even a DQ has come close to that number, not in the first two days.
