Dumb move -- now it is a more expensive & weaker ps4 clone.

MS seems to have no vision for the Xbone...I am pretty confident the division is being managed by actual retards.

Eh here's my thing, yes, without Kinect there's nothing to really differentiate the One from a PS4, it's just a weaker version of it, but at the same time, I've seen nothing from Kinect that makes me say "Damn, I sure am glad Microsoft forced us all to buy this damn thing." It's like if Nintendo make the Wii without Wii Sports, and then making 0 games that take advantage of it's gimmick wand. Kinect has 0 killer software that everyone is dying to play, it has that same niche that it's always had, dance games and the occasional family friendly sports game. I certainly don't want to play that garbage, so why force me to buy Kinect.

The system still has enough exclusive franchises that don't require Kinect to turn enough heads so it remains competitive and also it has the same 3rd party support as the PS4(Even if all multiplats look better on the PS4), the price point was way too high before when their main selling point was an accessory nobody wanted. It's still probably too high, but at least it'll fare better for those that just want to play those exclusive franchises.

At this point, there's nothing on either system that makes me care. MGS5 may change that but that's next year. Until then, the new systems don't even exist to me
