But even ~with~ excellent English voice overs, it still won't sound as dramatic when spoken in Japanese.

Why?

The Japanese have these inflections that are low, sometimes grunting, barking, sometimes hissing sentences. The very syllables sound dramatic. You'll notice that their language has a lot of "ka" "ki" "ke" "Ti" "Te" sounds. In our language, that sounds very threatening.

Example "I'll KICK your ass, you CocK sucKIng fucKer, then I'll Kill you!"

English language is spoken in softer tones and to us, Japanese voice overs will always sound better than English, no matter how good the voice overs are.

Agree? Well....maybe not. But SOMEONE has to. =8^)</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Arial, Modern; text-align: left; '>You're absolutely right, though. English has very soft and flowing vowels. It makes singing much nicer, but voiceovers much worse (unless the person can do accents and dialects, to add drama or sharpness).</div>
