Bleem has filed suit with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California saying Sony Computer Entertainment America has interfered with the marketing and sales of Bleem! for Dreamcast.

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>The Bleem release accuses SCEA of unlawfully using its market muscle to persuade retailers via threats of legal action and harm to their business dealings with the company. The filing claims says that as a result of Sony's force, Babbages stopped distribution of Bleemcast to its stores and asked to return nearly all of its 7,000-unit initial order.
