Saw FFX

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Friend bought it over on his PSX2. My thoughts on just how the game looked like and stuff (I didn't actually see anything relevant in the plot anyway)

People can hold their breath underwater for a VERY long time.

Bahamut got some fancy wings. I thought he was Phoenix when I didn't look at the face.

Ramuh is MIA again. I guess Square fired him after a return in FF9.

Summoning the summons themselves look very cool, though the summon attacks themselves aren't very exciting.

No more magic hop after your characters runs up to an enemy to attack! Now they either stay there, or they run back.

Everyone talks (as in voice) in this game, including nobodies. Tidus is never referred to by his name since you can actually name him something else, but everyone else's name seems fixed.

The game feels a lot like Chrono Trigger, not so much as any plot related stuff (I haven't actually seen any of that), but the atmosphere just feels like it. However, since my friend is cheap and wouldn't let others play with his Playstation 2, I'll have to wait for the English version to come out. :(

The music is okay. I think it's better than 8 or 9, but not necessarily the best out of FFs. The battle music is pretty good, and so is the piano piece at the beginning.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Arial; text-align: left; '>Not everyone talks in voice. There's plenty of townspeople and such that are just written dialogue. The voiced-nobodies are only at times that it makes it more atmospheric (like at the beginning).</div>
