<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I'm surprised there isn't more talk about this game. It's supposed to be Square's biggest game for a good while. It seems like the only thing people know about this game is that Selphie's going to be in it (since Tida/Wakka are in FFX, which isn't even out in the US yet). I saw the trailer last week, and let's just say this game is more than Selphie using a jump rope as a weapon.

The first thing that I noticed is that the dialgoue is not always translated directly from Japanese. For example, a dialgoue from the trailer reads:

"That's right, Sora. Your body, your soul, your whole existence... they're going to disappear!"

The Japanese dialogue, to the best I can translate, simply reads: "That's right, Sora. Your existence will disappear here!"

Well, there's one adjective I couldn't translate, but it's an adjective describing how Sora will disappear.

And I think it's pretty obvious that the English version captures a much better picture than the Japanese counterpart.

Another dialogue that shows later reads:

"Come on, guys! We've got to save Sora!"

The Japanese counterpart reads:

"Guys! Sora must not disappear!"

So it seems like whoever's doing the English part obviously put some thoughts into the dialogue.

The graphics are really impressive based on what I've seen in the trailer. Most of the game seems to be real time 3D since they didn't even show any FMVs.

Sora looks a little goofy (no puns intended) running around with a key, but Riku more than makes up for that.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>A lot of the important parts in the trailer is in English. I mean clearly it's not translated completely yet. The unimportant stuff like Riku/Sora/that girl talking is just in Japanese. But it seems like all the important plot points they go over in the trailer has the English parts thought out first. The English text converts the center of the screen, while the Japanese subtitle is just a line on the bottom of the screen. Even if that's not going to be in the real game, it shows there's clearly an emphasis on the English part over the Japanese part.</div>

And I don't really have any control over the hate you post up here towards me, but it is pointless. And valueless. What the hell does it gain? I'm not going to stop posting, and I'm not going to stop calling you on times when you "know" that you're right. So, quit the verbal escalation and trashing of people in general. It's the same thing I called you on originally. It's really not that exciting. The board doesn't need it.
