FFX voice acting, and some question on Yuna

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>First off, my question to someone who's played the Japanese version. Does being a Great Summoner mean more than just you're really good at summoning stuff?

I think Square put up some more movies, or maybe it's one of the big sites (probably gamespot). Has anyone checked out the voice acting? Being a defender of the dub, I'll go out on a limb and say that they're as good, if not better, than the Japanese counterpart. The US Auron sounds cooler than the Japanese Auron. Everyone else has some pretty generic Japanese counterpart and I can't imagine whatever generic voice they got in US could be worse. Rikku's voice actually sounds real, none of this artificial cute girl voice in the Japanese version (aka cutespeak. I mean yeah is sounds cute, but can you imagine anyone actually sound like?). US Tidus and Yuna weren't exactly superb or anything, but neither was their Japanese counterparts. I've heard people complaining about Lulu. Well yeah, seeing they're trying to get people who actually try to sound like real people, of course they're going to fail here. Or to quote a friend, "Lulu is like Edea, but more cleavage" (closest I can think of Ryoko's voice in Tenchi Muyo). US VAs aren't good at doing the fan-service girl voice, I can acknowledge that... I'm sure people are missing out a lot on the game...

Besides, I don't even think Lulu is good fan service.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>Why do you repeatedly try to give objective reports on uninportant (much less subjective) quirks such as this? We'll judge the damn voices for ourself when we hear 'em.</div>
