Well, I just lost one of the only two reasons I'd ever had for getting a GC.

The only thing that will get me buying one now is if Metroid turns out to be the best game in the history of all mankind. And I'm not expecting that in the least.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I hate the new graphics as much as anyone, but I'm willing to give the gameplay a shot and deal with the graphics. They're not the most important part of the game</div>

<div style='font: 14pt Agatha; text-align: left; '>No, but if Miyamoto is so wacked out on crack that he thinks that these are good graphics, then who's to say that he's not going to do something equally stupid with the gameplay?</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Good point - but I wouldn't call them "bad graphics." They're just in a style I don't like. I want Link to look like a badass, not a toddler.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>How can raising red, yellow, and blue plants be fun? You'll be hard-pressed to find someone who's played Pikmin for any time who'll say it's not a good game. Point is, we don't know enough about it to form an opinion and Miyamoto has a good enough track record to give him the benefit of the doubt</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>How about every Miyamoto game ever made excluding Zelda Ocarina of Time, and there you have proof of your crack whore.</div>

You know, I played Pikmin for the first time over the winter break, I started, and I thought, hmm, this isn't that great, 12 days in, I was hooked, and the game just keeps getting more messed up as you go on, it's got a Harvest Moon type addiction to it,

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Plus the whole hunting and war aspect. It's almost like you're controlling a Hunter-gatherer society in Alice in Wonderlands world. Still, it's not Super Smash Brothers Melee, I mean, how can you beat a colorful 4 player fighter featuring most of the most popular Videogame characters of all time with enough color and shit popping up and flashing lights to give an epileptic a seizure? Smashbrothers Melee I think also has a lot more challenge in the long run, the goals are pretty tough, very much so compared to most Japanese which usually turn out to be mostly easy. It's also surprisingly deep, and it doesn't take away from the classic Melee and classic single player modes if that's the sort of thing you enjoy. Right now, sorry, I can't say much on Pikmin, I'll have to spend a lot more time with the game. I just got the Simpsons Road Rage, I was surprised at how fun this game actually is, nice controlls, and the levels are extremely fun for this type of game.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I played the PS2 version of Road Rage at E3. It was a very neat and fun take-off of Crazy Taxi, but it doesn't have even close the depth of it</div>
