<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I accidentally started a town on my 251 because I didn't see the bit in the manual about having to use Slot A. I still got the gift bag.

Of course, since you can't move your town there's no reason not to use the included memory card, but it is possible to get the gift without using it.</div>

Actually, you don't HAVE to use the included memory card to get the goodies, it just has to be in one of the memory card slots.
