Nintendo of Japan will release a high capacity 1000mA rechargeable battery pack for GameBoy Advance SP in mid-May, which will have 1.75 times the performance of the regular battery pack. It is possible to play for 17.5 hours continuously with the backlit turned on. The new battery pack will retail for 1980 yen in Japan.</div>
