I got Soul Calibur 2 for PS2, it's pretty sweet.  Heihachi is actually fairly strong and a good character even if you don't know any of his moves.

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>The GC version rocks. Link is so much fun, and he's got great weapons. The funniest damn thing I've seen in a game in ages was him doing the horseback ride throw with the megaton hammer...</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Heh, Link has to be the awesomest character in a fighting game ever =)</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>Heh...Sega had a game on the Saturn that had a bunch of really weird hidden characters. Imagine playing a car in a fighting game.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>A car? That actually sounds like fun. I have a Sega Saturn lying around someplace. I just wish I had actually got games for it, but it's more or less just a trophy system like my NES and MSM have become.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Hmmm, that's a game I should keep an eye out for. I am definetly not a fan of fighters, but this sounds like one of the type I could actually enjoy.</div>

You also could play the chick shooter from Virtua Cop (like Aoi, but with a gun; very cheap), a toy panda (the arms/legs/etc never moves)...(more)

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>...some wierd taco dude, a duck that throws bombs, a few of the Virtua Fighters Kids characters, a rollerblading kick chick, a guitar player (who uses it in battle), Rent-A-Hero, and others. Not the best game in terms of balance, but cool to play.</div>
