Hm. Mega Man X7 gets a mediocre (6.5) review from Gamespot. Oh well...as long as I get to rip shit up with Zero I'll be happy.

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I think the last 4 X's have gotten mediocre reviews. They always say "not much has changed", which is exactly what I want. Only the GBA ones have gotten something different</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>There's only so many games you can "re-release" before the concept gets droolingly braindead boring. New maze, same old boring ass shit. Megaman: old and busted. Castlevania: new hotness.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>There are somewhere around 15 games to play if you want something that 'hasn't changed much'. Both the X serise and Megaman series are supposed to have an ending, you know. X7 even conveniently ignores the fact that Zero was supposed to be gone in his self-sleep</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>An amazing amount has changed in the 15 years the series has been running. Play Mega Man 1 then go and try Mega Man X7 and you'll see. THere's something to be said for evolutionary steps, it doesn't all have to be revolutionary. Hell, look at console RPGs..</div>

<div style='font: 11pt ; text-align: left; '>I do, I'd like to know what relation Wily has to Zero, why Megaman was locked away for so long originally by Dr. Light, etc, etc.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>there are at least 15 other games with the same gameplay. I can play any of those 15 instead of buying a new one that has identical gameplay.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>You can't honestly believe these levels or bosses in a megaman game actually differs. At least RPG differ superficially. Megaman games don't even try.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Not when what you can actually do changes. Not much has changed in the 2D platformer since Pitfall other than abilities and level design. Look at MM1 and MMX6 and you'll see an enormous difference</div>
