Silent Hill 3 is the most twisted game I've played. Overall, much better than SH2.

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Better level design, I thought. The alternate version of the town was a lot more fucked up than it was in 2. But I still think the first one was the most creepy version, with the demon kids and the zombie nurses in heat and all.</div>
