After doing some thinking, I think FFX2 should've played like Suikoden 3

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I'll be the first to say that I think the 3 viewpoint idea in Suikoden 3 was pretty stupid, but I think it'd actually work pretty well. You'd probably need more than 3 viewpoints (YRP, Akagi team, Shuyin, maybe some others). Actually, I'd rather if most of the game you play as Shuyin and Lenne in 1000 years ago. It'd be cool to see what the world was like 1000 years ago when Bevelle and Zanarkand and at war. Go meet people like Yu Yevon, Yunalesca, and so on. You can still have the aimless running around that is FFX2 in YRP's scenario, but at least when you play as the Akagi team (Nooj/Baralai/Gippel) and Shuyin (in the past) there should be a story going on. Oh yeah, and actually use all the characters in the story. For a final battle that emphasized on the strength of friendship there sure wasn't anything friendship watching YRP destroying everything while all your friends were somehow unable to accomplish the task they were given.</div>
