Went back to playing Rez again.  Still one of my favorite all-time games.

In that first interview, he mentioned that he basically got the idea for Rez by attending a rave in London that changed the way he saw/hear/felt things.

Honestly, I'm surprised that nobody has created another game like Rez. Electronica is pretty mainstream now, and even having something like Parappa the Rapper style with techno music might be cool. (Though, Rez was more than just the music, but the visual art and synchronization.)</div>
