Word has reached my ear that Miyamoto and Aonuma were both very impressed with Prince of Persia, I can't wait how to see how this materializes into the next Zelda game.

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I am not sure what specific features they were impressed by (developers look at games differently than gamers), but Prince of Persia is Zelda's closest cousin in the videogame industry, and I know Ubisoft was highly inspired by Zelda Ocarina of Time. It'll be interesting to see what sort of things they really liked about the game, maybe the next Zelda game will have a jumping feature, a similar battle system, it's hard to say. I suspect that they were most interested in the types of puzzles/problems to solve throughout the game, since good puzzles have been a standard in Zelda games ever since the beginning.

If Ubisoft keeps up the Prince of Persia series, I think it will certainly be interesting to watch how the titles effect each other and evolve over the years.</div>
