<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>No one has figured out anything cool or new for a long time, but games are pretty good at coming ways to make you do the same thing longer. I really frown upon long games now because they're usually just a waste of time (in terms of time spent), even if it turns out to be good.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>No, you're not alone. If you choose not to be picky about the details, WW was basically OoT with better graphics, control, and camera.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>The only problem with the Master Quest is that the Gamecube control stick is not half as sensitive as the N64 one, and so the controls are a bit more clunky, but it's not a huge deal. Wind Waker is a very smoothly polished game, more so than any other game this generation, but I didn't enjoy it as much as Master Quest. I would rank the game 4th in the series, below Master Quest, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask (and if you are concerned with game length, than Majora's Mask will easily be your favourite). The 2D Zelda games are all fairly overated from SNES and on; Link to the Past is THE easiest game in the Adventure/RPG genre that is popular. The older Zelda games on NES had a lot more to offer in terms of gameplay. The Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons games are fairly good, but for some reason I didn't find them very memorable, the dungeon design was not at all special while some of the other advancements (like the oracles and different animals and stuff) were excellent; it also has a plot worked into it, and the option to play one game before the other and have them connect into an extended adventure is cool. Link's Awakening was fairly good, I liked it a lot better than Link to the Past, it is arguably the best 2D Zelda game, it's kind of like Link to the Past with some actual challenge added to it, and some additional gameplay features.

But anyways, Wind Waker is still an excellent game. Ocarina of Time is considered to be the best game ever made by a lot of people, critics included; that's an almost impossible bar to jump, it's been 6 years now. There's just a lot more cool stuff in Ocarina of Time. I have a bit of faith that the new Zelda game will do it though, it has a better development team, and has been worked on for twice as long as Wind Waker, very likely a lot more money put into it. It also takes place in Hyrule again, FINALLY, if any game will surpass Ocarina of Time in this generation, it will be this next game; it will be 5 years in the works on its release date.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It is arguably the best in the series for RPG players, I would expect that most people here would like it the best. It's a very good game. A very solid game as well.

Though I would have also expected people here to like Mario Sunshine MUCH more than Mario 64 for similar reasons, that doesn't seem to be at all the case though. The most commonly cited problem for that game is the high difficulty level (though that was complained about in Banjo Kazooie as well); that is mostly by the Japanese who seem to enjoy easier games than we do in the West.

Back to Zelda: For me, I just can't get over how awesome the Forest Temple is in Master Quest. I found Ocarina of Time itself to be the most atmospheric game I ever played, but Master Quest seems to be doing a better job for me now, mainly because the extreme difficulty level makes it more engaging.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>It was highly unique and very well done. Took a while to get used to, but it was quite rewarding. I still think OoT is better though, but what a sequel MM was</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Arial; text-align: left; '>Well that was probably part of it... back then it was still kind of original :) It used the OoT engine and added on the masks, so it didn't seem as stale as in WW.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I find MM is more engaging than WW. WW has the advantage of having the coolest weapons of any Zelda game (the boomerang and other stuff are excellent), but MM mask is more fun of a game to play. I also like how the dialogue and gameplay in MM are intertwined. MM also has the time travel aspect =)</div>
