The direction-reversing thing bugged me - simply because if you happened to guess wrong or accidentally hit the slightest wrong direction it was your ass - but on top of that I found it a smidge boring. Once you got into the DR section, it was just "stand there for five seconds, see the boss appear, hit the opposite direction + A, get one shot on him, rinse, repeat." About the only time I was bored all game, actually.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely fucking LOVED the game - just thought the final battle could have been better.

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>That game is one of the best games I've ever played, with the only real weakness being the difficulty level (it was a joke). But it's spectacular in every way imaginable and had an awesome ending. Everyone should play it</div>
