Maximo is pretty fun, but the game can be pretty hard, especially when you're first learning all of the special tricks for killing enemies. The lack of a save function is highly annoying, too.

Alright, fuck the game! This game blows. The guys at Capcom, as usual, are sadistic little fucks for making a game WAAAY too hard by putting in annoying useless shit that might count as "difficulty"

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>Hey, Capcom! The 80's called. They want their limited continue function back! Seriously, leave that shit to the arcades. GIVE ME A FUCKING SAVE FUNCTION!!! I'd been through about 3 hours of gameplay and I've YET TO SAVE MY GAME?!?! The book says there will be fucking SAVE POINTS! Oh, I see...you have to go through a mountain of shit first: 3-4 levels and then a boss that doesn't have any fucking weakness whatsoever.
Also, the HP system is garbage! I lose an armor level after 3 hits? And then the game has to toy with me by giving me THAT MOMENT to pop out a fucking health potion. Oh, yes...thanks. I fucking need a health potion NOW. Even if I did need it, it's going to heal, what, one hit. It's like I have to fucking tiptoe with EVERYTHING. Who made this? The same bastards involved with Megaman? I'm having to go through with one section about ten times because I would wind up with the same fucking amount of HP every time, and then I have to go through with some goddamn MEGA battle, where I'm absolutely guaranteed to get hit about three or four times. (Oh yeah...three or four hits is about your entire health bar anyway.)
The 3D controls are crap. A lot of the time I'm having to hit the center button, just so I don't screw up a platform jump. Or may I've facing an enemy, but I'm not really FACING the enemy. Can't you turn without my help?</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>It's not that hard, Sine. Just get some coins and go around the main level (the one where you get to choose which level to go to) and you'll see a water pit. That's where you can save. Also, you can just go around collecting coins by killing the skeletons in the main level</div>

There's a river that going into a lava moat, but no pit. Besides, I'm probably not going to play the damn thing again. It's just annoying and frustrating.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a beige circle with some water in it. If you can choose between a few levels, it's there. It took me a while to find it too (very unintuitive), but keep with it and get used to the game, it's quite good and an excellent 3D upgrade to the series. The sequel's quite good too</div>
