This will allow for quick troop production and quick expansion. Elite pumping goes much more quickly. T/M defensive capablities should remain high enough as well for when we get to hostile and such, I am going to say anywhere between 1.75 and 2 TPA will keep you relatively safe, not completely, but safe enough that the enemy will normally go after others, or no one at all.</div>
