<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I just beat it as well, and, although I'm not quite as pissed as him (he was more of a Halo fan than me), I can definetely see where he's coming from. Overall, I'd say the sequel was pretty good, but a disappointment. The whole time it just felt like it coulda been better, coulda used more polish</div>

<div style='font: 11pt ; text-align: left; '>Wait Halo had a good plot? I thought the whole appeal of the game was multiplayer?</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>I found the Campaign confusing and the ending was jarring to say the least. Oh well, Live/multiplayer is why I picked it up anyway.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>It's an FPS. What do you expect? Not even Doom 3 had a great ending.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Never beat it, but didn't Half Life 2 have a great ending? And no FPS I've seen has a Matrix Reloaded anti-ending like this one</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Tahoma; text-align: left; '>well then, yes. HL1 did have a pretty decent ending. The journey to the ending was better, though, but it sounds like you cant even say that for Halo 2.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>The game is fun, don't get me wrong, but the things that are wrong with it just drag the experience down. It goes from being spectacular to just very good</div>

<div style='font: 12pt georgia; text-align: left; padding: 0% 5% 0% 5%; '>Of course it's truncated; it's setting us up for the third game. I think the main reason most people have been pissed is because they didn't realise we were being treated to a trilogy. As far as middles of trilogies go, Halo 2's plot and ending is BADASS.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>What? With a cliffhanger? No FPS has experimented with a trilogy storyline, either.</div>
