Heh, in the Molton Core Raid Instance, there's this boss that puts some type of curse on minions/pets that causes the pet to build up a certain amount of damage over a course of time, and then implode, it usually only lasts like 10 seconds and then does 200-300 damage to everyone in the area. But a bug makes it so if the Minion gets unsummoned the amount of damage keeps building. So he summoned his minion in the AH, and the accumulated damage finally went off.

That'd be called an exploit.
